Article Formatting Requirements
- At the beginning of the article, the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) is provided. The following are given starting from a separate line:
- article title
- author(s) surname(s) (in full), first name and patronymic initials;
- article annotation (450-500 characters including spaces), the annotation is given in italics and separated from the main text by one line;
- keywords (5-10 words).
- The article text is typed in "Microsoft Word" using "Times New Roman" font size 14, with single line spacing, page margins of 3 cm from the left, 2 cm from the top and bottom, 1.5 cm from the right, paragraph indent of 1.25 cm, and is submitted with an electronic version. The file name should indicate the author's surname and specialization, for example: Physics_Bakirov. If other fonts are used in the article text, such fonts must be submitted by the author to the editorial office in electronic form.
- The volume of the article (including figures, tables, and diagrams) must be at least 8 pages (annotations, keywords, and references are not included in this count). The most acceptable volume for the journal is 8-10 pages.
- If the article includes figures, tables, diagrams, schemes, drawings, various graphic symbols, they must be drawn in black and white, depicted clearly and distinctly, with full explanations of abbreviations. The article text may not contain figures, drawings, and diagrams that serve to differentiate meaning by means of color. Formulas must be entered into the text using special computer programs.
- Quotations or references to used literature are given within the text, after the quotation, by indicating the serial number of the work in the list and the page in square brackets: [4. P. 78]. The references are given at the end of the article after the word "References" according to the order of citation in the text. For books, collections, monographs, the authors' names and surnames, the full name of the source, publication indicators (city, publisher, and year of publication), and total number of pages are indicated. For journal articles and other periodicals, the authors' names and surnames, article title, journal name, year and number, page number are indicated.
The English-language block attached to the article includes:
- article title;
- author(s) surname, first name and patronymic name, work address, email of the organization where the author works. For example: Anvar H. Bakirov, Andijan State University, Andijan, 170100, str. University, 129 (Uzbekistan). E-mail: agsu_info@edu.uz
- keywords;
- article abstract (extended annotation, consisting of 2500-3000 characters including spaces) and the text of this abstract in the language in which the article is written. The abstract must comply with genre requirements: the problem posed in the article, the materials and methods of research, the course of the research, and conclusions must be presented in logical sequence. At the same time, the article abstract should not be overly theorized; it should reflect the main essence of the conducted research.
- English version of the references (References). In the list, the author, work title, and publication data are first transliterated into the Latin alphabet. After the transliteration of the work title, the English translation of the title is given in square brackets. The English version of the references list must be prepared according to the APA-2010 standard.
Information about the authors is attached to the article:
- author(s) surname, first name and patronymic name (in full);
- academic degree (if any);
- place of work, department, position (without abbreviations);
- email;
- phone number.
